The cottage is approx. 400 years old, with lots of character & has been sympathetically decorated & furnished. The Master Bedroom has a memory foam mattress & has en-suite a second bathroom is found on the ground floor with a memory foam mattress. The cottage has private car parking & is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. On arrival a key is located in a key box to enable you to arrive at a time that suits you (after 3.00 pm). Joan's Cottage is also pet friendly (dogs ONLY) but NO CHILDREN.

It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed
