It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF DIRECTIONS. 2 Nights minimum stay (except Bank holidays where a minimum of 3 nights is required, depends on the length of the bank holiday and/or at the owner's discretion.
