Our beautiful, functional loft with an attic, ideal for a family was fully renovated in 2023. Part of a family two-floor house in the middle of the town of Kissamos is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the bus station, medical centre, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and it is just 400 m away from the sandy beach called Telonio. You will find everything you need: A/C, fridge, cooker, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances (espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer). You can enjoy your breakfast or afternoon coffee in the front yard surrounded by lemon trees under the sunny summer sky. Kissamos is an ideal destination as it is close to all amazing beaches. The famous Falassarna sandy beach is just 10km away.Another beach not to be missed is the exotic Elafonisi (40km) with the pink sand and tiny sea shells. One of the most fascinating destinations is the Balos lagoon with its unique beauty. The small island of Gramvousa nearby with its Venetian castle will amaze you! It will only take you 20 mins from Kissamos to find yourselves in Platanias where you can enjoy the lively nightlife. The city of Chania is just half an hour away. The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.
