A tranquil traditional Mediterranean house in Chalki. This spacious condo is located near Chalki’s port, it is accessible by foot and it is above from “Tsantou”, one of the last open access to the harbor (where you can take your morning dive). It features a fully renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with remote controlled fans, a big bathroom and a huge “veranda” overlooking Chalki’s bay. The patio has a panoramic view of the port, and it is one of the biggest in Chalki.

Villa Mylos

Kalathos Square Luxury Suites’ diamond is Villa Mylos, which is a 19th century olive mill that has been lovingly converted into a luxury Villa while retaining all the traditional elements of the original stone building. The olive press is a long building with arches in which the "mangano" (press) and the "millstone" where the olives were ground are still preserved. Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village loved by Birdwatchers and surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us(€8 per day from April to October, otherwise €2).
