It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.
