Warm rustic accents perfectly balance delightful pink flourishes and a red-and-steel kitchen. Chalet Aix offers high levels of comfort and Alpine style, in both winter and summer. In winter, make the most of the incredible views over the valley from the hot tub, in summer these views can be enjoyed while playing a game of Petanque on the private pitch. The space is able to accommodate up to 8 adults (plus 1 child). Chalet Aix is situated in a quiet village, five minutes' drive from Morzine, with some of the most breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. There is private parking outside of the chalet (for a maximum of three vehicles). The chalet was built in 2016, and is decorated in a modern Alpine style, to create a luxurious but comfortable feel. On the ground floor of the chalet, guests will find a spacious entrance (with plenty of room to put on your ski boots, and with secure ski storage and boot warmers). There is also a cloakroom. To the left of this entrance, you will find the first luxurious bedroom, with twin beds (which can be made into a large double) and a double sofa bed. This room is the largest, and would work well as a family suite. The en-suite bathroom features a shower. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. We accept bookings with a maximum of eight adults. The first floor is made up of a stunning open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, offering incredible views of the mountains. This area offers everything you need to make yourselves at home during your stay (including two ovens, and coffee making facilities). The doors lead out to a balcony, terrace, and impressively situated hot-tub. On the second floor of the building, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first of which is a queen sized double, with its own private bathroom opposite, featuring a bathtub. The next bedroom is a twin room, with an en-suite shower room (this room can also be made up as a double). The final bedroom is a twin room (which can also be made up as a double) with luxurious double sink and bathtub. A midweek changeover upon request is available, there is an additional cost for this service. Chalet Aix offers self-catered holidays, but your hosts are village residents who are available to help you with your needs. The chalet has a lockbox to make your arrival quick and easy, but your hosts will always endeavour to greet you for your arrival or meet you during your visit. We do also offer various services to make your stay more comfortable: we can pre-order and collect lift passes for you (at no extra cost to you), help with equipment hire, and arrange transfers. The chalet is on a steep road in a quiet village, 5 minutes' drive from lively Morzine, between Essert Romand and La Côte D’Arbroz, both of which boast a beautiful church and a bar/restaurant. There’s easy access to Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery. We strongly suggest that holiday-makers visiting the chalet have their own transport. The chalet is located at the heart of the region with easy access to Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery, having your own vehicle will allow you to make the most of all of these areas. The chalet is located on a steep road in a ski resort: we strongly suggest that guests travelling to us in the winter ensure that their vehicle has the appropriate tyres and equipment. Snow chains are a legal requirement. If snowing, a communal snow plough will arrive in the morning, but there may be times where you will have to clear snow. Also, please note that the chalet is located in a ski and summer resort, and so the availability of local amenities may vary depending upon the season. We strongly suggests that guests have their own transport, to allow you easy access to all that the area has to offer. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Delightful, a few steps from port Como Lake

Few minutes walking from train station and ferry terminals and lots of nice restaurants, pizzeria and bars in the proximity. Short distance to the Duomo Cathedral, the Sociale Theater and rationalist buildings made by Architect Giuseppe Terragni. At 15 min walking there is a Lido where you can sun bath and swim in the lake, or at 5 min drive an outdoor pool with a small beach. There is also an indoor pool.
