Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

Our self-contained flat is attached to our modern family home, but with its own private entrance and private courtyard, you’ll enjoy complete independence during your stay. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable one-bedroom layout featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. (Bathroom is off bedroom) The separate living area includes a pull-out sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, making the space ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

Large Executive Private Suit, Ensuite Bathroom, Outdoor area, Garden. No cooking facilities inside Guest House. Microwave, toaster, electric jug, Nespresso mini,( bring your favourite pods) fridge provided for guests . Coffee , tea, herbal teas and fresh milk provided. Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .
