The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

The cottage has no electricity or running water, wood heating. You can cook with wood heated stove. Blankets, pillows, and mattresses can be found in the cottage. This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Paikka on varattavissa lokakuun alusta joulukuun puoliväliin ja taas helmikuun loppupuolelta huhtikuun loppuun.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Sähköistetty mökki hyvällä järvinäkoalalla. Iso terassi, kesäkeittiö, ulkosauna, palju (sop mukaan), useita nuotiopaikkoja, kaasuliesi, kaasugrilli, jääkaappi sekä jenkkikaappi pienellä pakastinlokerolla. Tilaa 6 hengen porukalle. Käytössä soutuvene sähkömoottorilla. Juokseva vesi järvestä. (Mökiltä löytyy juomavettä kanisterissa.) Saunalla sähkökäyttöiset matkasuihkut. Kalainen järvi ja pienriistan metsästys (sop mukaan) mahdollista. Pitkäaikaisille vieraille vaatehuolto järjestyy.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. The cabin is located on the shore of lake Kiimasjärvi. 40 km from Jyväskylä. Inside there is a bedroom and a loft, a dining/kitchen room, a sauna and a washroom. The cottage has dishes for 6 people, pillows and blankets and towels (free). Karaoke. Rent sheets cost (10 Euro/set or you bring your own sheets with you). Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. The yard has a barbecue canopy,a swing and a slide. There is Hot tube. Rental (70e/1day).

Traditional log cabin is situated in a very peaceful place by the lake. Lake Konnevesi is very clean and beautiful lake. National Park of Etelä-Konnevesi is founded in 2014. Cottage and sauna are in your use during your stay. Swimming beach is safe for the children. Woods for the sauna and fire place are included. Toilet is in the other building outside the cottage. Rowing boat is in your use during your stay. Pets welcome.
