It's 0.8 miles from local transportation/subway/bus stop at “Hayward BART” that connects you North and South. And it’s in the center of San Francisco (the city), Santa Cruz (the ocean), Napa (the vineyards), and Yosemite (the beautiful national park)! If you need numbers, we’re near highways 880, 680, 92, 580, and 101. Parking is in the driveway. Easy for Lyft and Uber pickups.

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Please see below for Coronavirus precautions we are taking to ensure complete safety for guests.

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.
