E' una bella casa dell'Ottocento, ristrutturata, immersa nella quiete del Parco Frasassi. Nel giardino ha una piscina 12m x 6m profonda da 1,20m a 2,50m e una jacuzzi, riservate agli ospiti della villa. Con i suoi 10 posti letto è adatta a gruppi di amici, a famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie. La cucina è molto attrezzata, e nella veranda c'è un camino/barbecue ed un forno a legna.
