The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

We have a large yard that is perfect for family BBQs, watching the kids play, and for enjoying a lovely sunset while sipping an evening cocktail. We are located in the perfect spot to enjoy both Traverse City and the small towns in Leelanau county. We are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland Fishtown, multiple beaches, Sleeping bear dunes, Empire, Breweries, Wineries, and Moomers ice Cream.

This beautiful home, hosted by myself and my lovely wife Brenda. The home has up north charm and character inside and out. Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. After enjoying what Northern Michigan has to offer, come back to relax and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the back yard, grill out and plan your next days adventures.

Our cottage is a beautiful stream-side retreat, a short walk from a quiet Lake Leelanau beachfront. This quaint mid-century style 2 bedroom has many modern updates while keeping its 1950s charm. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, this is the perfect location to explore the amazing restaurants, wineries, and golf courses the area has to offer.

Be one with nature. Sitting just up the hill from our mini donkeys and our 4 adorable boy alpacas.
