There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

Timpanogos. Excellent biking and walking trail just around the corner. A full acre, the outdoor space has a small fruit orchard, a fence lined with blackberry bushes, and a resident horse.
