The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

Farm Cottage

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Peaceful, newly renovated 1930’s cabin walkable (1/2 mile) to Hagar Beach in the heart of SWMI. This pet-friendly home has a cozy feel with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, & fully-furnished spaces perfect for a relaxing getaway, remote work, or staycation home base while you explore the lake, bike trails, breweries, & eateries. Enjoy a quiet, off-the-beaten path stay close to everything Lake Michigan offers featuring a stocked kitchen, cozy reading nook & desk, and outdoor dining & fire pit.

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, wineries, breweries, orchards, pickle ball, playgrounds & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)
