There is an outside shower, outside seating, and a Tesla charger. 4 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, cream and sweetener are provided. These rooms are designed like an upscale hotel suite. Parking 1 car.

You’ll be close to most everything Carteret County has to offer when you stay at this MHC centrally-located home. 3 miles from the Atlantic Beach circle, 4 miles from MHC waterfront/big rock/sf festival, 7 miles to historic downtown Beaufort. This property provides enough parking for your vehicle, boat, etc. free of charge. Feel free to bring your kayaks since a short 4 mile drive will take you to a kayak launch. You can also bring bikes, and get your daily exercise around the neighborhood.

You have the entire upstairs floor w/ 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. Just 0.9 miles from the Beaufort downtown area w/ shopping, dining & pubs. There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.
