Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Beach house very close to the Beach (2nd row of houses to beach front), the beach is quiet, not crowded, and relatively private- great place to unwind and de-stress. Popular Surf Spot Rincon is nearby- this beach is known as "little Rincon" and is a very private, and not crowded at all. Bike path runs behind the property
