Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Seaside home - hear the ocean!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from two spectacular beaches (Baginbun & Carnivan). 15 min walk (3 min drive) to the cafe's, restaurants and pubs in Fethard village. It's a lovely comfortable home to hang out in and fall asleep in after a day's adventure! Listen to the sea from here, also ideally located for exploring. There's a very large back garden and patio area to play, relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the sea!

Our house is perfectly situated on the Hook Peninsula, between the village of Fethard-On-Sea & our beautiful beaches of Baginbun & Carnivan. Walk less than 10 mins to the beach or village with award winning Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Take-Aways, Activity Centre & Tourist Office. Our house has a private garden with spectacular uninterrupted seaviews and a shared common green area. We live close by and can help with any local information you might need to enhance your stay.

Creadan, Dunmore East

This stylish and unique studio sets the stage for a memorable trip. A coastal retreat in an idyllic location with stunning views overlooking Waterford Estuary under the flashing light of Hook Lighthouse. Our self contained apartment is only 2km from the village centre and a 10 minute walk to Creadan beach. Ideal base for touring the South East including the Copper Coast and Hook Peninsula. Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Fardy's Cottage

Fardy's Cottage offers a light and spacious base from which to explore Ireland's southeast. Situated less than 100m from an estuary the location is a bounty for nature enthusiasts. The cottage sleeps six including master bedroom with en-suite. Also included are WIFI, TV/DVD player and wood burning stove. The Hook Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Visits to The Hook lighthouse and Tintern Abbey are not to be missed!

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
