Set on 3 acres of rolling lawns & native trees, there’s plenty of room to roam and spot the many native birds & wildlife that visit the property. With the Old Beechy Rail Trail right on our doorstep, bring your bikes to really immerse yourself in the fresh forest air. Take a 30 min trip to the Redwood Forest and nearby waterfalls, with the Forrest only 15mins away.

Beech Forest cottage is in the heart of the Otways, part of Cozy Otways Accommodation group and close to family-friendly activities, the Otway Fly Treetop adventure and many walking tracks and waterfalls. Ideally located in Lavers Hill, in the heart of the Great Otways National Park and just off Great Ocean Road, Otway Ridge Farm & Forest is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom farm house, big enough to accommodate a family but cosy enough for a romantic getaway for two. Explore the 60 acre property at your leisure, highlights include the glow worms in our very own 'Glow Worm Gully' and 40 acres of private temperate rainforest. A short drive to all that Great Ocean Road has to offer.

The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .
