Please read through our house rules before requesting to book. Our house is not suited for prom, bachelor, bachelorette, or any other type of parties. Our cozy mountain retreat is located in the Estates, a short walk to the lake but far enough from the main road to provide a quiet woodsy experience. Wake up in the A-Frame Chalet to view trees and sky, jump in the lake, play tennis on the nearby courts, drive a short distance to ski slopes or unwind at the many nearby bars and restaurants.

This is the perfect activity-filled destination for any season. If you like skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking or just enjoying a quiet moment with a beautiful view, this is the destination for you. Ski Jack Frost only a 3 minute walk and the fun doesn't end when winter is over. Enjoy a day of golfing at Jack Frost National Golf Course. Hike the nearby state trails or enjoy a great lakeside meal at one of the many nearby restaurants or enjoy an afternoon at a local winery.

Located near lake Towamensing (10 mins walk from the house) with access to the private community pool, beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a ball field and a playground. We've been working hard to renovate and upgrade the house to make your stay the most enjoyable. The house is located on a very private street with trees surrounding the 0.50 acre of outside space.

Includes WiFi, PS3, cable. A perfect house to bring families together. 15-25 min to Jack Frost Big Boulder, 25 min to Camelback and Blue Mountain. Additional Wristbands (badges) are required to use community amenities, $10 per person. Must be requested at least 3 days prior to arrival.
