BN3.0 è ampio e lussuoso, inaugurato nel 2025 è situato al primo terra del complesso con un grande giardino ad uso privato affacciato sulla grande veranda del soggiorno, caratterizzato da un arredo moderno e lineare con aria condizionata e finiture di lusso. Nel residence c'è una piscina riscaldata condivisa posta all'interno dell'ampio spazio verde.
