Crabtree Cottage Te Awanga

Crabtree Cottage, featured in House and Garden January 2017, is the perfect getaway for couples wanting to escape to a super comfortable and stylish cottage. Nestled into the delightful seaside village of Te Awanga, it's a stones throw from the beach, cycle trails, world-class wineries and the Cape Kidnappers golf course. The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Outskirt Escape

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

Lulu's Boutique Oceanview Accomodation

Enjoy the serenity at Lulu's Waimārama. Lulu’s is perched atop a hill next to our family home in the picturesque countryside, with sweeping views out to the boundless Pacific ocean. Lulu’s is comprised of two renovated shipping containers. The bedroom container has been recently updated with oak flooring and a new colourway. We’ve also upgraded our cooking amenities and outdoor privacy screen. Enjoy the unparalleled views, soak up some sun, and watch our local kahu (hawk) glide by.

Te Awa Mata - The Rivers Edge

With sweeping views of the Tukituki River at your feet and Te Mata Peak behind you, this bespoke Tiny Home is the perfect spot for your Hawkes Bay get-away. Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Pointbreak Studio

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Highcliff

Highcliff - spacious, five bedroom, self catering home. Sitting high on the Havelock North hills overlooking vineyards and the iconic Tuki Tuki River to Napier, the sea and beyond, Highcliff and Edgecliff occupy one of the prime positions in Hawkes Bay with spectacular views. The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

The Riverbank Cottage

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage, which is separate from main house and studio unit. Centrally located in Clive and only 10 minutes to Napier, Hastings, Taradale and Havelock North. The property has park like grounds and direct access to Clive River and cycleways. Queen bed in bedroom, queen bed in lounge. Pool, BBQ and laundry available for guest use.
