Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Locato a 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia e da Pisa e 15 minuti da Lucca. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. Spazio esterno per pranzare e abbronzarsi vista mare.

The flat is located on a hillside among olive trees and magnolias, inside a former convent dating back to the 17th century. From the windows and the garden there is an extraordinary view of Lake Massaciuccoli, the Tyrrhenian Sea and its islands: in addition to Gorgona that is always visible, when the air is clear you can see Capraia, Elba and Corsica. La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
