Quiet, charming guest apartment located in Cantonment, just minutes north of Pensacola with its sugar-white beaches, laid-back feel, and rich history. Perfect for local events, business trips, budget-friendly beach vacations, family time, or just passing through! KEEP SCROLLING to Neighborhood/Getting Around for miles and times to beaches and other popular venues. We are pet friendly! Dogs only, limit two. Pet fee is $15 per dog/night. Edna’s Barn

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.
