Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Sweet Solitude

We’re doing an off-season discount! This is tiny cabin in the woods! Have you ever used a hot tub in the snow? You should try it! Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Kick back and reminisce to bygone days when life was slower and simpler in our unique and tranquil 1856-1881 restored and remodeled (first phase complete) Farmhouse Retreat. We have a long driveway for your boat. We're close to Erie Sport Center 2 mi, Splash Lagoon 2.2 mi, Presque Isle 8.8 mi, restaurants, shopping and more. Create new memories, watch your kids play, enjoy a beautiful Erie sunset and gather around a crackling bonfire, share stories and laughter under the starlit sky.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿
