Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Conesus Lakehouse Retreat

This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).
