The apartment has a separate entrance and parking for one car and is fully equipped for living including all that's needed to cook and serve meals in the full kitchen. Freshly roasted coffee is provided with a burr grinder, french press for Americano coffee and an espresso machine for lattes. This apartment is separate from the rest of the house and has full privacy. Smoking is not allowed.
