Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Studio-style with one large room consisting of a queen bed, single sofa-bed, lounge and modern kitchen and bathroom. School House has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
