Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
