The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

(Price includes 10% bed tax & no cleaning fee!) The "barndominium" tiny house is a cozy, welcoming & unique space just steps away from Ferndale’s restaurants, shops, hiking trails and live music. Our location means you can park the car and walk to all Ferndale has to offer. Enjoy our peaceful creekside half acre and garden atrium. Great stop to explore the redwoods & hiking. Beach, 5 miles. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Rio Vista Farmhouse

Relax after a day of exploring the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in this peaceful, dog-friendly (for a fee), renovated barn. Nestled on a point, with spectacular views of the Eel River Valley ranch lands, redwoods, and majestic mountains. It is located right off highway 101 and just minutes to the Avenue of the Giants for exploring and hiking. Enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby Victorian village of Ferndale. It's the perfect central location for exploring all Humboldt has to offer!
