Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

Fishing cleaning station is on the side of the home. 1.8 miles from the Swan Point boat ramp, 17 miles to Port O’Connor, and 33 miles to the Aransas Wildlife Refuge. The canal is tidal influenced so not all boats will be able to dock.
