La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Incantevole monolocale sul mare, totalmente ristrutturato di recente e situato al centro di una piccola baia. L’alloggio è composto da un’ampia camera da letto con angolo cottura e da un confortevole bagno con doccia. Inoltre, il monolocale gode di un ampio balcone vista mare dove poter rilassarsi e godere di un magnifico panorama (23 mq interni + 15 di balcone). La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
