Luminosa Villetta immersa in un'oasi di verde, vista mare, distante solo dieci minuti di macchina dal paese e cinque dalle spiagge. Un delizioso portico offre area relax, docce e spazi per mangiare all'aria aperta. Più entrate danno accesso ad un'ampia cucina-soggiorno, attigua una confortevole cameretta e il bagno principale. Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi immersa nella più pura natura mediterranea. Dall'ampio patio si può godere della vista del vigneto e della bellissima e tranquilla campagna circostante. Due camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 4 persone e la cucina fornisce tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere 1.5 km di strada sterrata. La strada è agibile, ma inevitabilmente ci sono delle irregolarità sul piano stradale. !NO WI-FI!

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
