We do charge $10 nightly per person after 8. We sleep up to 12. We have cushy couches and 3 queen air mattresses. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd level with a half bath on the main level. We’ve got a 3 car wide driveway for parking. This home is located in a cul-da-sac in a family neighborhood.

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families.
