It holds an elevated and leafy south facing position with views over the town and surrounding countryside. The flat has 2 spacious double bedrooms, one of which boasts a super king bed. The double bedroom is down some stairs. It has recently been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard by the owners. This includes, an excellently equipped kitchen/diner with a separate equally well equipped utility/pantry, a lovely, spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large south facing picture bay window and all the style and grandeur that one may expect from a property of this era. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.
