Enjoy a south facing patio, outdoor seating and an enclosed private area available. Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost. Children are welcome, travel cot, high chair, etc. can be provided with notice. Parking for 2 cars is free and onsite next to the Lodge. Burnham Market is a 5 minute stroll & Holkham beach is a 7 minute drive.

One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path.
