We are 5 minutes from Downtown FtW and centrally located in Tarrant County. 20 minutes to get anywhere, including DFW airport, AT&T stadium and TX Rangers

Queen Anne Cottage

A charming Queen Anne Victorian cottage welcomes you from the front porch swing to a record player to a sunroom & covered back patio! Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. Washer & dryer onsite. Walk to Magnolia, hospitals, drive 1 mile to zoo, drive 2 miles to Dickie’s, 2 miles to TCU & more! Old charming historic home. No fur friends allowed.

The Bungalow

Take it easy at this unique and central getaway. This fully renovated 1920's bungalow has charm with all the modern amenities. Unwind in the glow of the patio fire pit. Create a masterpiece in the kitchen with modern induction stove, top of the line cookware, and stocked spice drawer. Cuddle up to your favorite movies with bedroom TV. Relax in the waterfall shower or soaking tub. Play in downtown Ft Worth(10min), or the Stockyards/Cowboys Stadium/Six Flags/Texas Ranger's Ballpark (20 mins).

Ann’s cozy guesthouse with pool view near TCU

Peaceful, centrally-located guesthouse located in a historic area (Ryan Place) with beautiful houses and sidewalks for exploring the area on foot. Close to the hospital district, Magnolia Ave, TCU and more . It’s just a short drive/Uber to Dickie’s Arena, downtown, and our amazing museum district. Located above a garage so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig/pods and toaster. Cool off in the shaded pool. Wifi and fireplace too!

Tiny House, Something Different!

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Walking distance to TCU, shops, and restaurants. Both queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Blazing fast fiber optic internet. New sofa, bed, and kitchen table 2021. You will feel like you are at home relaxing in this cozy 1940’s house with modern upgrades and amenities. The home is kid friendly including many games and a backyard for play. The Smart TVs have YouTube TV with a DVR for recording sporting events and movies, HBO Max, and Apple TV.
