This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Guests will enjoy a walk out basement living space with separate entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware when booking this unit is attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. Walk out to a large fenced in backyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed under the apricot tree. The property is home to a family including fur babies and chickens.

Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
