Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)
