12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Any additional guests are charged at 25 Euros per night per guest. NB. If the booking is for 2 guests AND both bedrooms are used , ie one guest in each bedroom, the price is €95.00 per night for the cottage. Charleville is 3km away with shops restaurants and bars . Lough Gur is also 20 minutes away. This is an ideal touring base for the Midwest, It’s on the grounds of our own house, it’s also on a dairy farm so milking can be seen by guests if requested.
