The bench in the courtyard, and the rear seating area with barbeque overlooking gardens both catch the sun at different times of day, making this the ideal place to relax.

Broughton is a thriving historic small market town where just a couple of minutes walk from the property you’ll find 3 quaint village pubs, 2 cafes, a butchers a bakers and yes a candle stick makers, grocery, off licence, post office, antique shop and petrol station. A great base for exploring the southern lakes

With private garden, off road parking and open plan design. There is 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. All in walking distance are the local shops, cafes and pubs. Being on the edge of the Lake District, it is a 20 min drive to Coniston, and a 40 min drive to Ambleside and Windermere. Please note we do not accept pets.
