The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

The Annexe -Secluded & self-contained for 2 guests

The Annexe is self contained with its own entrance for 2 guests in a quiet road with off-road parking. Excellent location close to Broadstone shops including an M&S Foodhall, restaurants, pub and cafes. It is also an ideal location for Poole Ferry Port (4 miles), trips to the beach or exploring the countryside. Bus 5 mins. It comprises of large kitchen/diner, living room, bedroom with king size bed & separate walk-in shower room. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers and seaside activities.

Cosy Casita (tiny house) with free parking

The newly converted Cosy Casita (small house) has it's own private entrance, enclosed private patio and unique BBQ. It is detached from our family home and it is situated in a quiet residential street 2 mins drive away from Broadstone town where there are various supermarkets (Tescos, Marks and Spencer), restaurants & bars. It is stylishly decorated with modern twists and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy. Accommodation is on one level other than a small step into bed area.

Great for Dorset and coast - private accommodation

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Beech Lodge is a beautiful Victorian apartment recently refurbished that sleeps 2. It is a 2 minute walk into town where there are many fabulous eateries and pubs, shops and a Waitrose, plus the historic Wimborne Minster Church. Parking for 2 cars. The bedroom has a King-size bed with a quality mattress and high-end bed linen. The new kitchen is fully equipped. It has a pretty south facing courtyard. The apartment is spacious, clean and elegantly decorated. Perfect for a relaxing get away.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Our lovely newly converted barn is a wonderful private space, set within 3 acres of countryside in the Throop conservation area. Comfortable double bedroom, open plan kitchen , lounge and dining area and modern bathroom and off road parking. Large Patio area to watch the sunsets. Situated 15 minutes from the beach (driving) and 10 minutes walk from the River Stour which is a beautiful conservation area. 5 minutes from Local amenities

Tucked away in a pretty cottage garden, this cosy 4 Star 17th century thatched cottage makes a lovely holiday retreat. A 20 minute walk takes you to the delightful market town of Wimborne Minster. Just a short drive away, is the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with its miles of sandy beaches leading to the Purbecks for stunning coastal walks. We can’t wait to meet you! Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
