Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort. La struttura si trova a Brentonico immersa nel verde delle montagne del Baldo, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il lago di Garda e in 10 minuti si raggiungono le montagne dell'Altipiano. La villetta ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con un ampia zona giorno. E' disponibile una piscina coperta riscaldata funzionante tutto l'anno. E' presente una palestra con Kinesis di Tecnogym. The property now consists of a large living room with fully equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (max 10 people), 5 bathrooms and relaxation games room where there is an historic billiard "De Agostini" from 1899. A perfect combination of tranquility and elegance.
