My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Eclectic décor, warm, sunny and clean. Bright, clean, cozy, smoke-free apartment that is located in quaint historic Bristol. The location is easily walk-able to all restaurants, cafes, pubs, marina, and shopping. The apartment's location is 30 min. to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod. The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen and a pull out full size sofa and it can accommodate up to 3 people; although the sleep sofa is NOT that comfortable.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
