Away from the hustle and noise of central Brighton, the Studio is only 20 mins to town and 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon. With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ. Everything for your perfect weekend get away in Brighton and Hove!

The Cabin is a self-contained haven on the edge of Brighton with far reaching views of the South Downs. It is a bespoke design built to a high standard with your comfort and convenience in mind. Two adult guests can have a relaxing stay at any time of the year away from the bustle of the town. It has it's own private access and there are fabulous walks from the door. There is ample, free parking outside the property with a regular bus service running into brighton town centre and the seafront.

Braemore Lodge is a private annexe property just a stone’s throw away from the historic Hove seafront. Guests will benefit from their own entrance, a private parking space and a recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. Braemore Lodge can host up to 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children (with the benefit of a folding sofa bed). Based in central hove, guests can enjoy water sports at Hove lagoon, relaxing walks along the beach or visit the selection of different restaurants Hove has to offer.

The apartment has been recently renovated and features a comfortable king-size bed (with an option for an extra guest bed/travel cot upon booking request) a kitchenette area, an en-suite with a thermostatic shower, a fold away table, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Our Seaside Retreat is a chic private 2-bed single-floor annexe located on the South coast of East Sussex. It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

This lovely Studio Annexe is located above our detached double garage 15 minutes drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.

A small but comfortable , cozy, clean space with an on suite that includes a shower. TV with amazon firestick that includes Netflix and wi fi. just 10minutes away from Brighton and Hove. the double sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and as long as you are happy with having a little less space for the night i won't charge you any extra for the second guest.
