Welcome to Terlingua's newest and most luxurious property, Stardust Big Bend. A-Frame #1 accommodates 4 people. The location is central, 5 minutes from the national park and Ghosttown, on the main highway. Each cabin has a full kitchen with all cooking essentials. A wrap-around deck on three sides with patio furniture, a covered pergola, & a fire pit. We have a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcades, darts & more. We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

Kushala Wildhorse Mountain

Welcome to Kushala! Great for families and large groups. Kushala is a 2400 sq ft Spanish-style adobe home on 20 acres of ocotillo, mesquite, cactus and wildflowers with 360 degree views of Big Bend mountains. 11 miles to Terlingua ghost town and 9 miles to the Big Bend National Park, you can enjoy hikes or drives in the day time, relax at home at night or go out to the Ghost town for dining and music. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, ceiling fans, front/back porches.

Sweet Adobe Home

This sweet adobe home from the 1950s is nestled in a garden of fruit trees and succulents. A private patio has a ramada (covered patio) and is perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ and stargazing. The home was lovingly renovated and maintained by my parents for 25 years. Beautiful tiled floors, furniture and outdoor touches reflect their love of Mexico. Marathon is an eclectic, rural town in the heart of the Marathon Basin and a great place to explore the region, be it Big Bend, Ft. Davis or Marfa.

Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Wee House

In the Christmas mountains, just outside Big Bend National Park, our tiny house awaits. Perfect for one or two. Limit 2 Less than a mile from hwy 118 on all weather road you will find the solitude that is Far West Texas. Comfortable and clean with a full kitchen, half bath on suite(protected shower at base of sitting porch). High quality Tuft and Needle queen bed. 10 mile to park entrance, 8 to groceries and gas, 13 Terlingua Ghost Town. State Park and easy ride up the Rio Grande.

Retro Rents Painted Ladies, Betty

Betty is a 1985 Silver Streak trailer shes our largest. With extra space to relax in, custom painted cabinet doors and an interior to match the wild desert scenery. With twin beds and a daybed with trundle, you'll sleep comfortably. Terlingua is a destination and our Betty's deck is THE spot to sit and watch the sun set in the East as well as the west! There are no streetlights so as the sun fades, the stars begin to shine and the milky way washes across the sky just for you.

Desert Mountain Cabin-Grand Views

Relax and enjoy the morning sunrise and sunsets on the porch while gazing at the breathtaking mountain views at 3600 feet in elevation. This cabin sits on 230 acres which makes it peaceful and private with wildlife and the star gazing is just fabulous.  Another great feature is that this cabin is only .2 miles from Tx Hwy. 118 on a private, well maintained road and is only 9 miles North of Study Butte and a 15 minute drive to the Big Bend National Park entrance.

Tallie's Camp - King Bed, Kitchen -Sage Guesthouse

This bright and comfy suite in a classic 1940's rock house has a king bed, large walk-in shower, and a full kitchen with lots of light and a cozy table for two. Access to outdoor seating area and covered parking. Located just a few blocks from Downtown Alpine, Texas. Works as a great "base-camp" for exploration of the Big Bend Area. There is easy access to local attractions, and the Alpine Country Club Golf Course is right outside the front door.

The Blue House sleeps 4 in a quiet papercrete abode. Complete with a Queen and a full bed inside in separate rooms, 2 full sized beds outside, solar power, full kitchen, interior bathroom with sink/toilet/shower, chiminea fireplace inside and outside. 500 square feet decorated in Monet style. Wonderful views!
