It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Freeport Studios boasts beautiful grounds featuring 200 fully furnished studios with equipped kitchens and 2 three-bedroom homes. Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
