We are located just 20 minutes from Gainesville and UF. The Nest is great for a weekend getaway or a week of peaceful relaxation. We do not allow parties or events out of respect for our neighbors and we allow a maximum of 6 guests (max 4 adults). Absolutely no animals are allowed on the property at any time for any reason.

Visit this beautiful, tranquil lakeside spot for an amazing getaway. It's a six acre property, an inspiring place to study, write, or get work done with fun things to do while on a break. It's a studio apartment with a private bathroom and beds for four, plus two couches and air beds available. Note: This is an upstairs apartment.

This 5800 acre lake is considered the 3rd most stable lake in Florida and one of the clearest. Bring your Bass, Pontoon or Wake surf boat and keep them at the ready in our canal. This lake is also perfect for kayaking around the edge through the Bald Cypress trees.
