The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.

We have two dogs, so if you bring a pet, please know the backyard is a shared space! Pets are certainly welcome! We are passionate about hosting guests and creating comfortable and cozy spaces. At our other Airbnb property, we get a lot of comments about the comfy beds, and we have the same kind here!

The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.
