In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Bara 10 min bilresa från centrum. Huset är ca 65kvm stort och nybyggt men med en genuint lantlig stil. Här hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök med det mesta du behöver. Ett litet men smart badrum med wc och dusch. Tvättstuga med torktumlare. Rymligt sovrum med dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa i tv-rummet. Här bor du med skogen inpå knuten och två naturreservat med flera vandringsleder och fågelsjöar i närheten. Enstaka nätter vid förfrågan under sommaren.

You are welcome to our cabin. Here you have a great opportunity to enjou peace and quiet in a pleasant environment. You can take lovlely walks in the woods and through fields. You can rental a canoe or a boat to a trip on the lake. The cottage consists of family room with kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom with laundry facilities. The nearest store is in Tjällmo, 10 kilometers away. Nearest bigger town Linköping 35 kilometers away. In the cottage there will be more information.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Nybyggt lyxigt strandhus (1) i Varamon Motala

Nybyggt attefallshus med absolut bästa läget på nordens längsta insjöbad och en av Sveriges finaste stränder. Med promenadstråk, caféer och restauranger är det en plats som har något för alla. Det långgrunda, rena vattnet ligger skyddat i en vik som är perfekt för surfing och kajak. Nära till padelbanor, tennisbanor, minigolf. Inga husdjur tillåtes. Lakan/handduk medtages själv, men kan hyras för 100 kr/person. Tillställningar/partyn undanbedes. Vattenpipor/rökning ej tillåtet!

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Hos oss bor du i ett nybyggt gästhus med kök, badrum, internet, TV, sjöutsikt och egen parkering. Både Linköping och E4 är nära men tillräckligt långt bort för att inte störa. Huset ligger med utsikt över sjön Roxen 5 km från Linköping. Handdukar, lakan och städning ingår i avgiften. En hund och en katt finns på tomten.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
