The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Please Note: We're on a main street in the city centre, so it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes. We also have a comprehensive guest guide including parking info. The flat is right on Leith Walk and there is a tram which is 2 stops from Waverly station. There is also a direct tram to/from the airport. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. Note, the no smoking policy is STRICT, so there is a £100.00 fee if any guests violate it
