Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

The Barn - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Barn provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. We have tried to make a home away from home for you to enjoy. The house is not new and angular but older, mature, softened and comforting. If you are looking for old fashioned relaxation with comfy beds, sunny corners, throw rugs, books to read and DVDS to watch, this might be for you.
